Information on the handling of personal data in compliance with Leg. Dec.196/03
The legislative decree no. 196 of 2003 protects the confidentiality of personal data and imposes a series of obligations for those who handle other people’s personal information.
One of the most important measures that this law imposes is to inform those concerned and obtain their permission to handle their data, especially when this handling is relative to data that must be provided to third parties.
In light of this we therefore wish to inform you that this company collects and handles data regarding your company, in compliance with article 13 of the legislative decree in discussion.
Your data will be handled for the following reasons:
A) managing ordinary business relationships, more precisely for the compiling of personal data list, keeping accounts client/suppliers, invoicing, credit management in order to satisfy all requirements foreseen by laws in force;
B) the sending out of publicity, business information relative to our work and internal market research. Handling will be carried out manually with the aid of computer systems and under the supervision of people employed specifically for this.
Your data can only be given to third parties for technical or operational needs that are strictly connected to the above mentioned aim and in particular to the following categories of people:
– associations, professionals, companies or other bodies employed by us to handle data connected to the fulfilment of administrative, accounting and management requirements for the ordinary running of our financial activity, including debt collection;
– public authorities, administration and bodies so as to fulfil legal obligations;
– banks, financial institutes and other people who need your data to be transferred in order to carry out our company’s activities so that we can carry out our contractual obligations towards you The provision of data and communication of such to the above mentioned people, in clause A) is compulsory since it is necessary to fulfil legal and/or contractual, accounting, salary, benefit and tax requirements by the handler of data and/or third parties mentioned above: whilst your permission is required for the handling of data under clause B).
The holder wishes to also specify that the non provision or incorrect provision of any compulsory information will have the following consequences:
* the holder will not be able to guarantee the adequate handling under the contractual agreement for which it shall be carried out; should the results of the handling itself not correspond to the requirements set for tax or administrative law or for requirements for the work to be carried.
Not providing optional information will have no other consequence other than the impossibility of providing services offered.
You will be able to assert your rights as detailed in art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003 by contacting the holder of handling.
